On paper, my background is in corporate. I have an MBA. I was a senior leader at a Fortune 500 company for years. I know what it means to run a full life with full demands and still want to be in the kind of shape that turns heads.

I was also a chubby, slow, unathletic kid. I spent years trying to figure out how my body worked. Nothing clicked until I stopped following rules and started building a system.
